For online booking, a valid credit card ( Visa or Master) will be required upon booking. Management reserves the right to cancel any reservations without notice if we are notified of any fraud or illegal activities associated with the full payments received;
For offline booking via email, we require a 50% deposit to confirm a booking.
The balance of your accommodation charge (if any) will be payable at check out.
If cancellation/amendment is made 5 days prior to your arrival date, no fee will be charged.
If cancellation/amendment is made within 5 days, including reservations made within 7 days of your arrival, 1st night’s room rate and tax will be charged
For Group reservations of 5 to 10 rooms, cancellation/amendment must be made 14 days prior to arrival
For Group reservations of more than 10 rooms, cancellation/amendment must be made 14 days prior to arrival
In case of no-show, 100% room rate and tax will be charged.
